Loved this restaurant for the amazing views of the Green across the street and the food is amazing! Especially the Calamari! I’m still dreaming about it! The cocktails were nice as well. The whole experience was great until time to pay the bill. Our server, Cal, rang me up as I was using a gift card I received from the Awesome Alpharetta Visitors Bureau. I let Cal know that my friend left a cash tip and he asked if we tipped on the whole amount. As a banquet server working in the hospitality industry, my friend and I certainly understand how important tipping is and tipping on the total amt of the check, but that comment was uncalled for! Gratuities are not a legal obligation! I would NEVER say that to a guest! I was very tempted to remove the tip from the clipboard and give him nothing! However, I took the higher road as I did not want the hostesses, bus attendant, and bartender to not get their share. Cal needs class and a class on customer service. Please see to it that he gets one.

Stopped in for drinks and a snack. My wife and I made it a Beer and Nachos night! The staff was engaged, and accommodating. We wanted a table with a view and were not disappointed as the evening turned to night. The whole vibe of the restaurant is warm and inviting, I would definitely come back in the fall to sit by one of the fireplaces. Well done and in a word, Exceptional!

I had an outstanding experience at UP on the Roof in Alpharetta. Bailey provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations that turned out to be absolutely spot on. The food was fantastic, and it’s clear the chef takes great pride in delivering high-quality dishes. Every item we ordered was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The combination of great food, amazing service, and the rooftop atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience. A special thank you to Bailey for going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. She is a true asset to the restaurant. I highly recommend UP on the Roof to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a five-star experience in Alpharetta. We will definitely be back!

Our server Charde was so amazing. She walked over with a lovely smile and amazing energy. Our food was so delicious. Large portions! My favorite was the duck leg and thigh. Very nice restaurant and vibe.

Very nice Rooftop restaurant with great views of downtown Alpharetta! I can only imagine how busy they are during the warmer months! I ordered the Lamb Sliders which came with fries and was tasty! I should've requested medium because it came well done. I had a glass of French Chardonnay and the bartender, Nick was very helpful! I will definitely return!
